Ingredients:
Chicken breast meat (boiled) 400g, Salt 5g, White pepper powder 2g, Mayonnaise 80dm, Fresh lemon juice 10mg, Celery 10g, Almond 20g, Capsicum 10g, Olive 10g, Red onion 10 gram, apple peel 10 grams and lettuce 10 grams.
Method:
Marinate the chicken breast with salt, white pepper and oil for 15 minutes. Now mix mayonnaise and lemon juice with marinated meat in a big bowl. Now mix the chopped celery, capsicum, red onion, apple and olives well. Serve classic chicken salad with lettuce on top.

fish tikka
Ingredients:
Boneless fish or fish fillet 350 grams, mustard oil 100 milliliters, salt 10 grams, lemon juice 10 milliliters, curd 100 grams, onion paste 5 grams, ginger paste 5 grams, garlic paste 5 grams, red chili powder 5 grams, turmeric powder 5 grams, 5 grams of cumin powder and 5 grams of coriander powder.
Method:
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients except fish and powdered masala well. Now mix it with the fish by hand. After kneading, cover well and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Once marinated, heat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Now grease a baking tray and spread the marinated fish. Now cook it in the oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and serve fish tikka hot.

Seasonal vegetable curry
Ingredients:
Mustard oil 100ml, Onion 5g, Ginger 10g, Garlic paste 10g, Tomato 30g, Chilli 15g, Salt 10g, Cauliflower cube 50g, Carrot cube 50g, Potato cube 50g, Capsicum cube 50g gram, green beans 30 grams, coriander powder 5 grams, red chili powder 5 grams, turmeric powder 5 grams, fresh coriander leaves 5 grams, cumin powder 5 grams and cheese 50 grams.
Method:
Heat a pan and brown the cheese and vegetables in it on medium heat. Now heat oil in another pan and fry onions in it for 4 minutes. Now add ginger and garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Now cook it for 3 minutes with tomatoes, coriander leaves, all spices and green chillies.
After cooking, first add the fried cheese and vegetables and keep it in the oven for 2 minutes. Now if necessary, a little water can be mixed in it. When the vegetables are cooked, serve hot with coriander leaves.
