First Day:
The first day will start with any fruit or juice you can eat and you can also eat watermelon, but no banana.
Day 2:
End the second day with vegetables, sabji bhaji or sabji soup (as much as you can eat) without oil or with little oil.
Day 3:
You can eat any fruits and vegetables (as much as you can eat) except for bananas, along with the menu of day 1 and day 2.
Fourth day:
On the fourth day you can eat 8 bananas and 4 glasses of milk or 5 bananas and 5 glasses of milk and 1 cup of vegetable soup.
Day 5:
Make the fifth day menu with 1 cup of rice, 6 tomatoes or any boiled or lightly boiled green vegetables.
6th day:
You can prepare and eat the 6th day menu according to the same rules as the 5th day. However, do not forget to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water.
Seventh day:
On the last day like the fifth and sixth day, you can eat 1 cup of rice, boiled or lightly boiled green vegetables or fruit juice and a piece of fish or 100-200 grams of chicken or beef.
Things to keep in mind while losing weight by crash dieting:
During these seven days at least 10-12 glasses of water should be consumed daily and no heavy exercise should be done. If the body feels too weak during these seven days, the regimen should be stopped. After the end of 7 days the amount of food should be increased slowly and food with excess oil should be avoided, exercise should be done regularly and before starting this regimen again, there should be a break of at least one week.
